- You need 3 tbsp. of Olive oil.
- Prepare 1 of lemon for juice.

- You need 1/2 tsp of black pepper.

- It's 250 g of spaghetti.

Avocado Carbonara instructions
- In a medium sized saucepan, bring water to a boil and then add salt, black pepper, olive oil stir for a few seconds then add the spaghetti. Cook this for 7mins or until your preferable texture either al'dente or fully done..
- In the meantime as the spaghetti cooks, wash, peel and chop the avocado's into small pieces, crush a clove of garlic and place in a food processor or blender. Add the other ingredients and pulse until it turns into a smooth consistency. If it's a bit hard to smoothen add a it more oil or boiled water..
- Once the spaghetti is cooked take it off the heat, drain the excess water and run the spaghetti through cold water to stop it from cooking further..
- Take your avocado carbonara and add it to the spaghetti and toss until properly coated..
- Serve it while it's still hot and garnish with permesan cheese, cherry tomatoes, cooked bacon, black pepper etc..
